The Issue:

With a normal consulting engagement, the consultant comes in, resolves or implements the solution and does it all quickly. The consultant then leaves the company and with them goes their knowledge and experience. Training is great, and we need it, however with the standard training all you receive is 15 minute or a hour lessons on very important and detailed topics. There is no time to relate the training experience to your unique environment and business model. With standard training you get standard results, at best. Our goal is to teach you the things that you want to learn about Service Desk (any version, any part). We work with you on the tasks that you are responsible for with the full experience of a seasoned 'A' level consultant at your command.
